When will i receive my item?

Items are sent from Berlin only after CHRISTIAN NEWELL STORE has received your payment. Purchased items will be shipped within a week. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. CHRISTIAN NEWELL STORE is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. A tracking number can be required by contacting [email protected]

Shipping costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. The rate will be marked up slightly in order to cover some of the packaging costs - we want to provide you with the best packaging possible.

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Call +44 07877288979 or email [email protected] to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We'll be in touch with next steps.

The colours in the artwork i have received are different from what i saw online

We try our very best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.
